.*Only the number of exchanges will be initialized during the second initialization, and the Orihalcon exchange rate and the number of user exchanges will not change.

1) Token exchange fee : When exchanging NADA tokens in Orihalcon, a fee of 1% per NADA token is incurred

2) Exchange limit per user : Up to 50 times a day

3) In-server exchange limit  : 60,000 times a day

4) System maintenance : UTC 23:00 ~ 00:00 / UTC 11:55 ~ 12:00

*At the end of the service maintenance time, the exchange rate between Orihalcon and the token is measured, and the number of exchangeable times throughout the server is initialized.
